Feasibility Study for the Department of General Services (DGS)

DGS contracted SymSoft to analyze their network infrastructure and create an enterprise network high availability and infrastructure refresh plan. SymSoft conducted a through analysis of the networking equipment, network circuits and communication lines and proposed a strategy to accomplish network high availability by adding new network communication lines and by replacing aging network infrastructure equipment. SymSoft also conducted economic analysis of the existing costs and the cost of the proposed solution.

We created a feasibility study report (FSR) meeting the State of California, Department of Finance guidelines.
