Little Elfs started with an idea - connect customers to pre-screened service providers while at the same time giving providers access to customer-submitted projects. They needed a technology partner. SymSoft Solutions took this concept, and through iterative business requirements gathering and custom application development, created a unique online community for connecting those that need a service with exactly those businesses that can provide it. The Little Elfs portal provides useful services such as online coupons and community calendar.
