SaveOurH2O website goes live!

The newly redesigned SaveOurH2O website is launched today! The new website provides a fresh, consumer oriented look and feel, more dynamic and engaging features, which is a sharp contrast to the most government-run water conservation sites that have a staid, government feel to the websites.

Save Our Water (SOW) is a statewide program aimed at helping Californians reduce their everyday water use.  Understanding the program's goal to encourage water conservation, but doing so in a Fridley manner to change long-term behavior, SymSoft created an  interesting and user-friendly website, with support for more dynamic, ever-changing content and allows more interactive and sharing features. The website supports the programs' social networking activities and integrated multi-media content.

In addition to the useful resources and information, the website provides interactive Water Calculator, Water Wise Gardening features, a dynamic and engaging 'Real People, Real Savings' section, and encouraging people to share their 'water-wise' gardening ideas.
