California state engaged SymSoft Solutions to create a centralized News Portal for the California state government news. SymSoft created the news.ca.gov site, which is California’s online state government news hub. The site continuously aggregates more than 200 real-time feeds and social media content from across California state government into one Internet site. The website gives Californians a way to find updated information on what is happening in state government – at a glance. The website allows users to browse news, tweets and videos by topics of interest, or use an effective search and filter feature.
