GoED Website Design and Development

SymSoft collaborated with more than 11 agencies during the design and development of the website. Apart from 400 content-rich pages, the website provides innovative features such as an interactive map for locating business resources with over 1000 data points, a permit lookup wizard, an integrated event calendar for all business-related events in the state, and an integrated business news room with content in four languages.  The website provides access to GoED’s social media presence to engage and collaborate with users.

The website is built using DotNetNuke Content Management Platform (CMS).  The CMS platform allows non-technical business users to edit the web content, keeping the content relevant and current at all times. 

In the first year alone, the website allowed GoED to provide assistance to over 4,000 businesses, had 311,504 visitors and 1,221,828 page views, and publicized over 1000 events.
