Improve the DFPI website

Thank you for your interest in improving the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation website (DFPI website). By sharing your information with us here, you agree to be contacted by SymSoft Solutions, DFPI’s partner, for paid research opportunities.

Your survey responses will be used to generate a pool of participants who will be contacted to share their opinions about DFPI’s website and communication campaigns. Please answer all questions as accurately as possible, and skip those you don't know or don’t feel comfortable responding to.

Those invited to participate will be contacted to schedule a one-hour online interview in March 2023, but some candidates might be contacted later. Invited participants will be compensated for their feedback with a $50 gift card.
